Can I Get A Refund?

If you want to get a refund for your subscription, below is our policy:
- You’re eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the time you paid.
- You must be a first time customer and have not purchased any previous plan with us before.
- We don't do refunds for customers located in the UAE & Israel, as we can't guarantee our services in these regions due to governmental restrictions.
- We don't do refunds due to internet throttling issues, except you're a first time customer and you request it within 7 days of the time you paid.
