Error 400: Wrong Email or Password
1. Unplug your device for a few minutes, then restart it.
2. After restarting the device, make sure that you're typing in the M3U link correctly if you're using Startup Show. If you're using ClearFront app, make sure you're typing in your email and password correctly as these fields are case sensitive.
3. Visit our Installation section and select your device for step by step guides, to double check you're typing in the correct information for your device.
4. If the problem persists contact us or leave us a message in our chat with a screenshot of the full m3u link you typed, or your Username & Password. Be sure to let us know what Device (Firestick, ipad, Android Box, etc) and app you are using in order for us to help you as quickly as possible.
