Unauthenticated Error
If you receive an on screen error Unauthenticated:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Scroll down and select "Log out"
3. Sign In again. If you don't remember your login details click here.
4. Go back to "Settings"
5. Select "Clear Cache"
6. Force close the app. If you don't know how to force close the app just google for example:
"How do I force close app on Firestick"
7. Delete and re-install the app. Installation instructions can be found here.
